Bookings
Rate card What each grade is worth. A lead's price follows its grade; a line already written keeps the price it was written at.
Bad-lead claims A claim the desk can prove is credited on its own; one it can refuse by the window is refused; the rest wait here with the evidence for a person to decide. A credit is a replacement of the same grade, never cash, used by the next lead of that grade to that recipient.
Exchange Leads the agents have offered to one another. An offer is made from the agent’s own desk at or under the rate card price; the board every agent sees carries the facts and never the name; a licensed agent takes it from their desk, and the transfer lands on both statements, the buyer charged the asking price and the seller credited it less the house fee. A listing not taken in thirty days goes back to the seller.
Notes A note on a lead, both ways between this desk and the agent who holds it, kept on the lead. The agent’s lines arrive with their outcomes within a minute or two while this desk is open; a note waiting for a reply says so, the tab’s title counts them, and a reminder repeats every hour until it is answered.
Statements One per recipient per month, built from the lines as they were written: the grade and price when each lead went out, a replacement at zero against its credit, and the credits still open. Issue writes the statement into the recipient's folder; a re-issue replaces it. Only the Owner bills.
Your leads
How this desk works
- Your leads are the batches the dispatcher sent you, read from your own folder. Nothing else is in it.
- Outcomes: press contacted, booked, client, dead, or bad lead with a listed reason. Each press is written in this folder and reaches the dispatcher by itself; a bad lead within its window becomes a claim, and a credit is a replacement of the same grade.
- Offer to the exchange puts a lead you hold on the board for the other agents at or under its price; Hand to a colleague gives it to one named agent at no charge. Take claims another agent’s offer; it must be in a state you are licensed for.
- The desk’s answer to each press appears under The exchange within a minute or two while the dispatcher’s desk is open, and a lead you took lands in your folder as its own batch.
- Your licensing and email are typed once in PensionPilot under Settings, Lead Desk, and travel here in the same folder.
10. Lead Desk for an agent
An agent opens lead_desk.html (it sits beside the app) and chooses their own folder: recipients\their-name inside the data folder. The desk sees lead sheets and no book, so it opens as Your leads:
- every lead sent to them, from the machine copies, with the district, grade and booking;
- the agreement to accept, when the Owner's switch requires one;
- an outcome button for each lead: contacted, booked, client, dead, or bad lead with a listed reason. Each press is written in their folder and reaches the dispatcher by itself;
- Offer to the exchange and Hand to a colleague on each lead, and The exchange underneath: the board of what others are offering (the facts, never the name), a Take on each, Withdraw on their own, and the desk's answer to each press, which appears within a minute or two while the dispatcher's desk is open.
- Notes from the desk: a note on one of their leads, both ways. A note waiting for their reply says so and since when, the tab's title counts them, a new one toasts and raises a desktop alert once allowed, and a reminder repeats every hour until it is answered; their reply reaches the dispatcher within a minute or two while that desk is open.
Their licensing and email are typed once in PensionPilot under Settings, Lead Desk, and travel to the dispatcher in the same folder.

Recipients The agents leads go to. People in the book are listed automatically; add anyone else by name and email. Assigning fills a recipient's open batch; Send batch writes the lead sheet and its machine copy into their folder under
recipients and drafts your email. Each agent’s NPN and state licenses arrive from their own PensionPilot by the same road as their outcomes; a lead in a state they hold no license for is refused unless the Owner or an Administrator overrides it.
